We recommend booking 4-6 weeks, though earlier is better as dates may not be available.
Deposits are non-refundable, however if the event needs to be rescheduled, payment must be received in full the day of cancellation and the event must be re-booked within the same calendar year.
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve a date and is payable upon signature of this event agreement. We require a $1,000 deposit at signing, 50% due 6 months prior to the event date, and the final balance due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Pick-Up Orders require 50% of the total to confirm order and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 5 days before the pick-up date.

We do not provide liquor, but we do recommend using Egan’s in Spring Lake. We will provide the bartenders upon request.
Due to health regulations, food not consumed within 4 hours should be discarded, but we can discuss options.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
We typically recommend one server per 12-15 guests depending on the service style. We always provide a cook. An assistant may be necessary depending on the menu and bartenders are available upon request.
