Amanda DeSarno – Owner & President: Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Amanda DeSarno brings over a decade of passion, experience, and dedication to the hospitality industry. Her journey with Soiree Catering began in 2015 as a server, where she quickly fell in love with the fast-paced world of events and the joy of creating memorable experiences for clients. Over the years, Amanda has managed local restaurants, country clubs, and wedding venues, gaining hands-on knowledge, building strong client relationships, and refining her vision for exceptional service.
Now the Owner and President of Soiree Catering, Amanda leads with a commitment to personalized attention, flawless execution, and creative culinary experiences. She continues to build her business with the same heart, hustle, and hospitality that got her started.
