Her journey with Soiree Catering began in 2015 as a server, where she quickly fell in love with the fast-paced world of events and the joy of creating memorable experiences for clients. Over the years, Amanda has managed local restaurants, country clubs, and wedding venues, gaining hands-on knowledge, building strong client relationships, and refining her vision for exceptional service.
